About us

Sublime Food and Wine opened their doors in December of 2011.

Owned and operated by Dennis and Stasha Standage.

Dennis is a Red Seal Chef. He was raised in Drumheller and graduated from Drumheller Composite High School. After completing his education at SAIT, Dennis cooked and managed kitchens in Calgary, Cochrane and Drumheller. He is happy to be back in his hometown doing what he loves to do.

Stasha was raised in Drumheller and graduated from Drumheller Composite High School. She has spent many years in the hospitality industry and looks forward to offering Drumheller the best service in the Valley.

Dennis and Stasha were married in October 2010 and welcomed baby Delilah into their lives in 2018.

Sublime Food and Wine is dedicated to offering a great dining experience to their guests with meals made from the freshest ingredients.
